We remove all existing materials down to the decking. No nail-overs. Every square foot of decking gets inspected for soft spots, rot, and moisture damage.

Architectural Shingles
GAF Timberline HDZ or CertainTeed Landmark — dimensional shingles rated for 130 mph winds with 25-50 year manufacturer warranties.

Our Replacement Process
We start with a thorough inspection of the entire roof, attic, and ventilation system. You'll get photos and a clear explanation of why replacement is recommended. Then a detailed, itemized estimate with specific material brands, quantities, and warranty details.
On install day, we tear off all existing materials, inspect every sheet of decking, replace anything compromised, then build back up: ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, shingles, ridge ventilation, and custom flashing. Most residential roofs are completed in 1-2 days.
After install, we run magnetic nail sweepers, clear the gutters, remove all tarps, and walk the finished job with you.
