Builder-grade 3-tab shingles last 15–20 years in the PNW. The GAF Timberline HDZ and CertainTeed Landmark lines we install are dimensional architectural shingles rated for 130 mph winds with 25–50 year manufacturer warranties. Underneath, we install GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment and custom-bent aluminum flashing — not the pre-formed stock pieces that crack after a few freeze-thaw cycles.
